Exactly we have hair on our body, and we grateful to God that have give our body this thing that can improve our appearance. But, its just like our wheat on our cropland that we should protect and take care of it(Avoiding And Reducing Hair fall). And how to take care of it? one of the way to take care of our hair is eating foods that will give benefit to our hair. 1.Egg
Egg is a food that have rich of protein and biotin, two nutrition that push your hair growth. Protein is very important for follicles to strengthen your hair.
while biotin was very important for production of keratin(hair protein) that can push your hair growth.

2. Salmon
This fatty fish contain a lot of nutrition that good for your hair like D Vitamin and protein.
Salmon also have rich of Omega−3 fatty acids that can improve your hair growth with securing your head skin to stay healthy

3. Carrot
Carrot not only have vitamin that good for your eyes, but have vitamin that can securing your hair to stay strong and healthy.
And what is that? there are mineral and vitamin K,C,B6, B1, B3,B2, fibre, potassium, and phospor.

4. Spinach

Spinach contain Vitamin B,C, and E also calcium,iron, magnesium and Omega-3 fatty acids.

5.Nuts and seeds
Consuming nuts and seeds like walnut and linseed that have rich of omega-3 and omega-6, can help stopping hair fall
